1. Manage line quality defect.
- Monitor line quality defect trend
- Measure, analysis and improve line quality issue
- Hold meeting and manage issue until clear
2. Manage global quality issue
- Analysis and make idea to improve global issue
- Manage global issue and report to HQ
3. Improve quality task: 3F, Q-Bank,…
4. Audit supplier to find risky point
5. DR review part and products daily, weekly,…
6. Manage and control field quality issue
*Job requirement:
1. Experience: Accept Fresher
2. Major: Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Automation Engineer
3. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
4. MS office: Good
5. Other:
- Knowledgeable of engineering drawing
- Knowledgeable of drawing software as NX, CAD,…
- Ability to work over-time and under high pressure.
- Willingness to work for a long time.
