- Installation and management of clients, systems and networks (on-premise and cloud) 1st and 2nd level on call support for the local office and production environment - Problem management and issue/ outage resolution - Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats - User account and access control management - Data backup and archiving - Documentation of the local IT environment, creation of manuals and policies - Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration - Engaging in the further development of the global RRC IT environment - Involvement in other projects which are equivalent to these tasks within the scope of the IT Administrator’s skills and capabilities
